Zebra Babies is Located in Cranbrook, Townsville, QLD
Can I Pick up My Item?
You are more then welcome to pick up your item if you are local to Townsville
As we are a home business this is by appointment only
Weekdays between 9am and 5pm
You will be contacted via Phone, Message or Email
Pick Up Option found in the checkout
We Accept Paypal, Credit Card (Square), Cash on Pick up or Bank Deposit.
We also Accept Afterpay and Zippay
All these Options you will Find at the Check Out.
We are a ready to ship handmade website. All items that are listed in stock are made and ready to ship. This does not apply to our pre order items.
We use a combination of Australia Post and Sendle courier service
Parcel Post with tracking – Parcel Post can take up to 10 business days $7.90 Flat Rate on all parcels
Express – Unfortunately we are out of the express network and next day delivery does not usually apply
This means your parcel will find it quickest way there (2-4 working days) – Cost $10.80 PLEASE CHECK AU POST WEBSITE FOR DELIVERY EST TIMES
Handling Time – Most packages are shipped in 1-2 business days. All orders placed after 12 pm on a Friday will not be shipped until Monday
This can change if items are pre orders, are a handmade item needing to be sewn.
If delays are expected you will be contacted
